The Level 5 Extended Diploma in Human Resource Management is a 240 credit pathway that combines Level 4 and Level 5 study into one undergraduate route. It is designed as a 2 year degree pathway accelerator for learners who want to complete the equivalent of the first two years of a UK business or HR degree before progressing towards a final year Top-Up where accepted. The programme develops practical HR knowledge across recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, employment law, people strategy, organisational behaviour and leadership.
